The Sr. Brand Manager shapes and executes brand strategies to drive growth and consumer engagement. They lead brand initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights. They identify opportunities for innovation and optimize marketing programs, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

Lead the strategy and oversee all marketing efforts for the imprint. Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for HCR, with the goal of meeting or exceeding the revenue and profit goals for each fiscal year.
